2.03 New Features
You now have the ability to unlink template items by clicking 'unlink from template' on the jobs page
Neighborhoods now dictate how jobs are created. On the Neighborhoods page in Tools, you are now required to add a ID to all neighborhoods as well as what location and customer that neighborhood belongs to. This will vastly improve multiple users of the system in one company when they go to add job files, removing all duplicate job files.
Added tons of new reports! Reports added include searching open and closed job by any type of location, zip, city, neighborhood and state. Added two questionnairre reports and statistical reports to see how many tasks your company does in a date range as well as plans used.

2.03 Bug Fixes
Temporary removed Chat from the website, don't worry, it will be back soon!
Tasks marked Awaiting Soft Close now show up in completed tasks as they were supposed to.
Taks that are soft closed by a subcontractor and are turned green stay in assigned to help promote the admin/super closing the task on the jobs page or payment page.
SFP now returns you to SFP instead of the job file.
Neighborhood ID validation now works on keypress.
When a user cancels an event, it will now correctly drop from the inbox of the person that the task was assigned to.

2.03 Improvements
Removed Customer column from schedule and returned Status in its place.
Rewrote the Job Creation page to flow better and hopefully prevent the creation of multiple job files.
Added a Location check to make sure a user does not add multiples of the same location.
A new supervisor will have all neighborhoods assigned to them by default.
A new neighborhood will have all supervisors assigned to it.

2.02 New Features
Admins inside your company may now view job files in the inbox. They will be able to see documents, photos, and PO's assigned to your company only.
Inbox now shows a timestamp when the Sender assigns you a task.
You will now be able to see your customer on the schedule.
Notifications you receive on the website are now selectable by type. To change the types of notifications you receive, open the dropdown menu in the top right corner with your name on it, click My Information and update accordingly.
Job Files now contain a template counter to track your job. The target date will display on the jobs page as well as give you an oversight of applied template day duration and number of days left. When a template is completed, another data field called Job Finished will display if the job was completed within the target date.
Templates have a new data field to show the user how many working days their template is.
New Page in the job file called Template Statistics. This page will display all information regarding all the templates you apply on the job file.
Template statistics are now added to the bottom of job report PDFs.
PDF's are now available for all your job files. On the Jobs page where all your files are stored, on the far right of the table clicking 'View PDF' will open a PDF of that specific job file in a new window.

2.02 Bug Fixes
Inbox now sorts by Scheduled Date.
Made all schedule views having the same column headers, uniform space between columns such that viewing it on a phone or pc will produce the same results.
Supers names now show up correctly when they close a QC task.
You can now view the job report from the job file.
PHP warning and errors *should* no longer display for a user.
The tabs inside Issues (QC Issues, Unbalanced Masters, and Flagged Walks) should now display correctly.
Fixed Masters Add-Ons tab to display paging properly.
Fixed Templates to show both subcontractors and crew.
Examing error when a crew closes a task on the schedule page. Temporarly removed the feature that keeps open the scheduled date a user is on.
Fixed Linking a task to an already closed inbox task.
Fixed Masters Add Item button!
Fixed POs pointing to the wrong directory.

2.02 Improvements
When you assign a template, you can edit the On Complete Status and Link to Job fields which makes it possible to link a templated task to an inboxed task.
You will now be notified who sends you an email through our chat system. The formatting of the email was changed to improve readability.
Split Master's Take-offs into two tables, one for base plans and one for add ons. The search functionally searched both tables.
Fixed the display of questionnaires such that all questions will be displayed regardless of answers. Therefore if a questionnaire is answered 100% correctly, you will still be able to view all the questions in the task notes as well as the job report.
Removed the report *Tasks for Single Job*. Please use the reporting feature in the jobs table on the jobs page.
Merged Companies from the navigation menu into Relationships. Now both are viewable on this page with tabs. Companies will be leaving the top bar soon for a new feature!

Chat
We have implanted a chat feature that allows licensed users to chat with other users from their companies' relationship table. If they are available in online chat, a message window will pop up in the bottom right corner. If they are offline, it will display to them on their next log in as well as send their My Job Ready attached email account a message. You can view chat history in text logs in the chat history tab.

Notifications
Are now collapsed by default. You can now delete all notifications at the bottom of the box.
When anyone adds a note to a task, you will receive that notification in "Note added to Task", when someone closes a task and clicks the send notification box, it will be added to notification "Jobs".

Information Menu
Upper right text data is now contained in a new "information menu" that contains your information. It has access to the pages that allow you to change your company information, your information, your password, as well as help, user manual, a new frequently asked questions section, and a way to email support.

Relationships
Added Worker's Comp and Liabilities to the page menu. This table allows you to add worker's comp form and general liabilities forms for each of your subcontractors. You can also set the expiration dates of these forms to allow your admins to get notifications of when they are set to expire. Notifications are sent 30 days prior to expiration, 15 days, and will continually alert every 15 days after expiration.

Tools
The Neighborhoods section has a new data column called Active. If a neighborhood is active, it will display in your schedule filters. If it is inactive, it will not. This can be toggled on and off by clicking the Yes/No link in the row with the desired neighborhood.
Cleaned up Questionnaires for a task to make them easier to build and navigate. Added foreign language support for questionnaires.
You can now delete Status's again (oops, sorry!).
Added a tab called Plans to Tools. This will hold all your plans for a specific customer. When you make a job file now, when you select a customer, a dropdown menu will be available for you for all the plans that customer has in the Plans section. This allows you to have easier access to the same plan throughout your job files.

Templates
When you enter a new template without a type, it takes you to the page to add a new template type instead of giving an error.

Inventory
Is now called Items.

Inbox
Displays a count of tasks in your inbox now.

Tasks from Inbox
Tasks that are assigned from the inbox and placed in inboxed tasks in a job file can now be linked when you assign an unassigned task. There is now a dropdown menu from assign that allows you to pin the inboxed task to the task you create. When two tasks are pinned, when the task you create is closed, it will also close the task that is pinned to as well.

Schedule
Added soft close, close features to the schedule for all user types. A user is now able to close tasks assigned to them directly from the schedule.
Added Crew to Contractors filter.
Subcontractors and Vendors can leave notes on tasks now without closing them.
On first login, a supervisor will have access to a new schedule view called "Supervisor Schedule". This will contain all events in their name that are open, on hold, soft closed, and awaiting soft closed. The user can toggle between this view and the full schedule view.
"View Customer Schedule" can now be viewed by all internal users of your company.

House Detail
Crew can now update statuses.

User Manual
Made the user manual usable!

Mail Bots
Now say "My Job Ready" instead of updates@myjobready.com.
You cannot respond to our mailer, the email gets shredded and deleted.
